Before each cooking class you will select your 3-course menu and we will provide all the necessary ingredients.
Cooking classes are held in the morning and end with lunch.
What we will cook


Menu selection
Your three-course menu will be selected from our traditional menu. You prepare typical Czech dishes discussed in advance. Menu can be altered based on your special dietary requirements.

Zelňačka – Cabbage soup
Kulajda – Creamy soup with mushrooms, potatoes, dill and sour cream - MAIN COURSE

Kuře na paprice – Paprika chicken in creamy sauce
Guláš – Goulash with Carlsbad dumplings
Vepřo-knedlo-zelo – Roast pork with cabbage and dumplings - SWEETS

Ovocné knedlíky – Fruit dumplings with cottage cheese
Jablečný závin – Apple strudel
Palačinky – Sweet pancakes with fruits, cottage cheese or jam
